There are different percentages of Retin-A. I would advise starting off at a lower dose and then working your way up. Expect peeling/sluffing the first week or two. Eventually it will stop the major peeling and your skin will have a healthy glow! What's nice about Retin-A is that you can be as aggressive as you want to be. It is advised to use at night (hopefully you can get up to using it everyday, but it is okay to do it as little as twice a week).
When it comes to bleaching cream, I am mostly familiar with Obagi's brand. It is called Clear and it has 4% hydroquinone, which will lessen the appearance of those sundamaged aged spots or any pigment issue on the skin for that matter. You can use it twice a day- make sure you use it regularly because it takes a steady consistency to see maximum results.

My favorite collagen and elastin products are from Clayton Shagal. This a a great line for someone who wants a simple regimen. Unlike Obagi's 6 step system, you can have great skin by just using a cleanser with some kind of glycolic acid/AHA's and then using Clayton Shagal's collagen and elastin products.
