Meet Ford

Meet Baby Ford!

He will be 15 weeks tomorrow and is just growing so fast! He is one big fellow, so far in the 90% percentile in height and weight. He really is such a good little baby. We just eat, play, then sleep alllll day long. 

I was delighted when my sister-in-law, Rayne, let me borrow this thing called the Kicking Coaster as Ford loves to kick his little legs very aggressively. When he kicks the little trampoline at the bottom it sings a little tune and then Ford slides up and is able to point his little toes. It's almost like a tilted trampoline. My mom says she uses a machine like this in her pilates classes... So they do have one for grown ups if you were wondering. Sounds like fun to me- not a workout! :) 

Of course, you have to blow bubbles while you are on it. Quite necessary.

He is also grabbing and playing with many of his toys and trying to put all of them in 

his mouth along with his little fists.

You wonder why I haven't posted anything in awhile?? Well, 2011 has been quite a year for the Russell family. These 3 pics should sum it up:

I am sure I will post a few pics of certain things from this past year. Things that I would like to remember and such. But, for the most part we are starting off a new year and a new blog! Hopefully I can keep up with it. I will say, it helps to have a new addition to the family because it is like an online scrap book. So, here we go! Happy New Year!

We sure did...

We had to initiate Margaret into our traditional family walk to the Pig while playing frisbee golf.

We did look pretty crazy in Santa hats and ears while we walked around throwing things at random landmarks.

Cooking is a quite a tradition down in the country.

And, this might be something you have never seen before... but it is delicious!
Yorkshire pudding... a staple down here on Christmas Day.

And we owe it to this precious lady, MyDot. She inspired Mac to cook- thank you MyDot! What a wonderful gift!
